Jersey Disco Fries

Chuck Wepner was a fighter in the 70’s.  Even though he was an athlete he probably wasn’t vegan or paleo or anything else that is popular today.  I loved the scene with Chuck and his wife, Phyliss.  I am sure they would have ordered the New Jersey disco fries.
