Salad du Jour – Shelter

In the movie Shelter you can see Mona preparing salad du jour.  This salad fits this film very well as it incorporates Shivat HaMinim, the 7 agricultural products enumerated in the Torah as special to the Land of Israel.  Fall is the perfect time of year to try this salad as all of the ingredients are readily available at your local grocery store.
