Preheat grill on high.
Slice peach in half and remove the pit. Grill the peach halves, cut side down until you have nice grill marks.
Place 1/2 of yogurt in the bottom of each bowl. Drizzle the tahini sauce over the yogurt. Take a knife and swirl the tahini into the yogurt.
Drizzle the yogurt with maple syrup.
Add a half a peach to each bowl, cut side up. Sprinkle with maple syrup and thyme.
